UV Coating

What is UV Coating?

UV Coating is a clear, protective layer applied to printed materials and cured with ultraviolet light.

This clear coat is applied over the ink printed on paper or cardstock and then cured under ultraviolet light, which quickly dries and hardens the coating. The result? A stunningly vibrant and smooth finish that resists smudges, scratches, and fading. It’s particularly popular for high-impact marketing materials like business cards, postcards, flyers, and brochures where you want the colors to pop and the product to withstand handling. Not only does UV coating make your prints look fabulous; it also extends their lifespan—making it a smart choice for both quality presentation and long-term durability.
